Scrum Master with experience working at market place online

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as a servant leader, helping teams remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Guide and coach the development team in Scrum practices and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and prioritise work for sprints.
• Ensure transparency into the team’s progress, risks, and issues, and facilitate open communication across the team.
• Assist in the definition and monitoring of sprint goals and deliverables.
• Promote a culture of accountability, adaptability, and transparency within the team.
• Track and report on team performance metrics, helping identify areas for improvement.
• Encourage the team’s self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and promote team collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
