Roles and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and goal.
• Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support.
• Participate in the design and architecture of software solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards.
• Take ownership of technical challenges and problem-solving.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience software development.
• Experienced in Banking Industry is preferable
• Strong proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, C#, etc
• Experience with software design patterns and architectural principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
