Senior Backend Developer (Node JS) for Healthcare Clients

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer (Node.js) to be placed at our client’s office in the Healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js.

• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security standards are met.

• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, QA, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Design and manage database schemas, queries, and optimization (SQL/NoSQL).

• Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.

• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and bug fixing.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.

 Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer, with strong expertise in Node.js.

• Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and backend frameworks (Express.js, NestJS, or similar).

• Strong experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

• Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices in backend development.
