Java Developer (Junior to Middle)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications with high performance and scalability.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, QA, DevOps) to deliver robust solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications and services.
• Stay updated with the latest Java frameworks, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Java Developer (Junior: 0–2 years | Mid: 2–5 years
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with RESTful APIs / Web Services (SOAP/JSON/XML).
• Knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong communication and analytical thinking.
