Business / System Analyst for Insurance Project

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business/System Analyst to be placed at our client’s office in the Insurance industry. The candidate will play a key role in gathering business requirements, analyzing system needs, and translating them into functional and technical specifications for the development team.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements.

• Analyze existing processes, workflows, and systems to identify gaps and propose improvements.

• Translate business needs into clear Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and System Requirement Specifications (SRS).

• Create use cases, process flows, and system diagrams to support development.

• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test scenarios and assisting business users.

• Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business objectives and regulatory requirements in the insurance sector.

• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst.

• Strong knowledge of system development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Experience creating FSD, BRD, SRS, and use case documentation.

• Familiarity with backend systems, APIs, and basic technical concepts

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to coordinate between business and technical teams effectively.
