We are looking for a Business Analyst to support a digital transformation / system enhancement initiative at a mining company.
The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, operations teams, and the IT development team to gather requirements, translate business needs into clear functional specifications, and ensure solutions align with operational workflows.

Must Have:

Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst.

Strong experience in requirements gathering and functional documentation.

Skilled in creating workflow diagrams, use cases, and requirement documentation.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in cross-functional teams (IT, operations, management).

Comfortable working in environments with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred (Nice to Have):

Experience working in the mining industry or heavy industries (manufacturing, oil & gas, construction).

Familiar with ERP modules, maintenance management systems, or supply chain workflows.

Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery process.

Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart, or similar.
