IT Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Business Process Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes to identify improvements and system requirements.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between end-users and the technical team to ensure all business needs are effectively accommodated.

• Team Leadership: Lead the development team, ensuring sprints stay on track and technical outputs align with the project roadmap.

• Documentation: Create detailed BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FSDs (Functional Specification Documents), and workflow diagrams.

• Project Oversight: Manage the project lifecycle to ensure milestones are met within the 4-month timeline.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Lead.

• Process Analysis: Proven experience in conducting thorough Business Process Analysis.

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead a development team and manage user expectations.

• Industry Background: Experience in Financial Services or Fintech is highly preferred.

• Availability: Must be ready to join by early May 2026.

• Work Preference: Willing to work onsite at our client office in Blok M, Jakarta Selatan.

• Device: Must provide and use a personal laptop for work (Bring Your Own Device - BYOD).

• Duration: 4-month contract (PKWT).
