Our client, one of the largest building construction company in Indonesia need Frontend (React) Developer with detail bellow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new user-facing features using React.js while ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with backend developers and integrate APIs.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure our applications work seamlessly on all devices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to frontend development.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Front End Developer with strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles.
• Familiarity with state management libraries (such as Redux or MobX).
• Experience with modern frontend build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm).
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows (e.g., Gitflow).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
