IT Business Analyst Sr. Specialist who have Strong knowledge of digital technology

One of our clients, an experienced software house company specialising in banking and insurance application development, is looking for an IT Business Analyst Sr. Specialist to work, collaborate, gain knowledge, and build a career for your future.


Responsible for : 

• Analyse business requirements to gather, validate, and document them into a Business Requirement Document (BRD) as a guide for stakeholders, ensuring project objectives are met.
• Research and design effective and efficient solutions, documenting them in a Functional Specification Document (FSD) to serve as a blueprint and guide for developers during the development process.
• Create a project plan to ensure the timely delivery of products that meet business requirements and quality standards, using appropriate project methodologies.
• Analyze unresolved issues in SAP implementation and collaborate with the SAP team or consultants to resolve them.
• Act as a key user/trainer for all business partners to enhance the effectiveness and smooth operation of SAP master data management.
• Manage relationships and collaborate with related functions and external partners to maintain alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate ongoing project processes and activities to improve their effectiveness and efficiency, addressing any problems or obstacles by working closely with key stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot system errors or issues in SAP implementation, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurring problems and maintain system stability.
• Ensure the completion of all administrative tasks related to operational and development projects to achieve operational excellence.

Requirement : 

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.
• 3-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of digital technology for process improvement; tech-savvy.
• Proficient in IT Product Development, Business Process Analysis, and SAP Systems (MM & WM).
