Job Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and document client requirements to translate them into detailed system design documents (FSD, SRS, LLD).
• Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders, including clients and internal project teams, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Prioritize, organize, and structure requirement specifications, data mappings, diagrams, and flowcharts for development and Quality Assurance (QA) teams.
• Oversee the creation and review of test scenarios in collaboration with the QA team to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proposing effective solutions when necessary.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to think critically, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Motivated, creative, and willing to take ownership of projects.
• Proven experience in project management within a software development environment (.NET, Java, or JavaScript is a plus).
• Strong understanding of RDBMS (Relational Database Management Systems).
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Passion for learning new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Experience as a developer or software engineer is advantageous.
