Backend Developer (Java)

Requirements:

1. Education and Experience:

   • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
   • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Java backend development, preferably in the financial or banking sector.
     
     

2. Technical Skills:

   • Strong proficiency in Java and frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
   • Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services.
   • Familiarity with microservices architecture.
   • Knowledge of database technologies like MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
   • Understanding of security protocols and encryption methods.
   • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
   • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
   • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
     
     

3. Soft Skills:

   • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
   • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
   • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
   • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and technologies.
     
     

4. Additional Requirements:

   • Understanding of banking regulations, compliance, and security best practices.
   • Experience with performance tuning and optimization in high-load environments.
   • Knowledge of testing frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG.
   • Familiarity with API Gateway and service mesh.
