Business / System Analyst with experience in the financial industry

We are looking for a Business Analyst to be placed at our client’s company in the financial industry to support their system development and optimization projects. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring every business requirement is translated into accurate, efficient, and compliant solutions that meet financial industry regulations.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.

2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with projects in the financial industry (banking, insurance, or multifinance).

3. Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

4. Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory compliance

5. Proficient in creating technical documentation such as FSD, BRD, and Use Cases.

6. Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills for engaging with multiple stakeholders.

7. Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, UML diagrams, BPMN, and project collaboration platforms (Jira, Confluence, Trello).

8. Added advantage if familiar with databases, APIs, or basic SQL queries.
