Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing complex web or mobile applications.
Communication: Must be fluent in English. You will be presenting designs to stakeholders and collaborating with a multinational team.
Tools: Expert-level mastery of Figma (including advanced components, auto-layout, and prototyping).
Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates not just "pretty screens," but the logic and research behind the design.

End-to-End Design: Lead the entire design process from discovery, wireframing, and prototyping to final high-fidelity UI.
User Research: Conduct user interviews, competitive analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
System Thinking: Maintain and evolve our Design System to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders in Brunei and the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and smooth handovers.
Iteration: Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback and data analytics.
