Production Support – Medium Level

Job Description The Production Support role is responsible for providing application support, issue analysis, and problem resolution the SalesHub POS application. The resource will support daily production operations, handle incidents and service requests, and coordinate with business users and technical teams to ensure application stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle, analyze, and resolve production incident tickets reported by business users.

• Support service request, including data inquiry, data extract, report, validation, and ad-hoc request.

• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and support the implementation of permanent fixes.

• Monitor application health check activities daily.

• Coordinate with business users and internal teams to ensure issues and requests are completed properly.

• Provide progress updates to users until the issue or request is resolved.

• Support planned validation activities during weekend or night deployment when required.

Technical Requirements Backend: Java 17, Spring Boot 3.0.6 - 3.1.4, Spring Data JPA, Spring Cloud Open Feign, AWS S3, DynamoDB, SQS, Step Functions, PostgreSQL with Flyway Migration, JWT Authentication, OAuth/Okta, Maven, Node.js 14.x, TypeScript 4.3.5.

Frontend: React 18.2.0, React DOM 18.2.0, TypeScript 4.9.4, Vite 5.1.3, Single-SPA 5.x, SystemJS, React Bootstrap 2.7.0, Bootstrap 5.2.3, SCSS/SASS, Jasper Report 6.21.5.

Term & Conditions:

• The requirement is for 2 medium-level Production Support resources.

• The contract period will be for 6 months.

• The selected resource es expected to be onboard by end of May 2026.

• The proposal rate shall cover resource costs only.

• Laptop and working device will be provided by PT Sun Life Financial Indonesia.

• Priority will be given to candidates who have prior working experience in the banking or insurance industry.

• Vendors are expected to submit candidates who meet the required job description and technical requirements. Candidate profiles should clearly highlight relevant production support experience, technical capability, and industry background.

• Candidate evaluation will be based on technical suitability, relevant experience, availability, proposed rate, and interview result.

• Submitted quotation shall remain valid for a minimum of 60 (sixty) calendar days from submission rate.
