Senior BI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop BI Solutions: Design and develop BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data models using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Data Integration: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes to integrate data from various sources into the data warehouse.
• Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
• Database Management: Maintain and optimize databases to ensure efficient data retrieval and reporting.
• User Training: Train end-users on BI tools and reports, ensuring they can effectively use the data for decision-making.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize the performance of BI solutions, ensuring fast and accurate data retrieval.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for BI solutions, including data models, ETL processes, and user guides.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BI development and data analysis.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, looker
• Good knowledge of SQL and database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
• Experience with ETL tools and processes is a Point Plus.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and architecture is a Point Plus.
