Requirements :

Have experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst for at least 3 years in insurance comppany (preferable)
Have excellent skills in analyzing system/application requirements, solving problems systematically, and providing relevant solutions related to system/application requirements
Experience working on E-Submission is a plus
Have the ability to make modeling and document business requirements
Able communicate verbally and nonverbally well
Have extensive knowledge related IT
Able to work in a team
Can join ASAP

Job Descriptions :

Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements
Assist work units in the training process, design policies and user requirements as needed
Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team.
Implementing and testing of solutions.
Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.
Willing to Contract status (5 - 6month first) with placement at Insurance Company in Jaksel
